Why we know Sherman Oaks gas fireplace cleaning work
Sherman Oaks houses up in the hills tend to run two flues through one tall masonry stack, and the top of that stack is not something you can judge from the driveway. Down on the flats the second fireplace is usually a factory-built unit from a remodel, with a metal flue and a cap of its own. We treat each as its own chimney and write it up that way. We've worked on the full range of chimney types found around here, from single-flue brick stacks to multi-system fireplaces, and we plan the visit around what's actually there.
