Chimney Care Built Around Encino Homes With Several Fireplaces

Plan a Whole-Property Visit

Why We Work Property by Property

Estateguard Chimney Care is based in Encino, where lots are wide and houses often have a fireplace in more than one room, plus one outside. Booking those one at a time means several trips, several ladders and several sets of findings that never get read side by side.

So we start with a count. On the phone we list every fireplace, wood stove, gas insert and outdoor fire feature, and which room or structure each one is in. That count decides how long the visit runs and what the crew brings.

On the day, each flue is swept and inspected separately, including the two flues that often hide inside one masonry stack. Afterward you get a written note for every chimney, so the pool house fireplace and the living room fireplace can each be handled on their own schedule.

How a Larger Home Gets Looked After

Four habits that come from working on houses with more than one chimney.

The Whole Property, One Visit

Larger Encino and Valley homes often have fireplaces in two or three rooms and another one outside. We plan the day around all of them so nothing is left for a second trip.

A Note for Every Chimney

Each chimney is written up on its own, with photos and a plain recommendation. You can hand the pool house note to one contractor and the living room note to another.

Every Cap Gets Checked

Hillside lots south of Ventura Boulevard and out toward Calabasas face dry fall wind. Every spark screen on the property, including the outdoor ones, gets the same look.

Based in Encino

Our day starts in Encino and runs out to Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Studio City and over the pass to Brentwood, the streets where multi-fireplace houses are most common.

What Each Chimney Note Covers

Every chimney on the property gets the same headings, so the notes are easy to compare.
