Coordinate Your Service Visit

Once you submit the form, our office reviews it during business hours and calls to confirm a time, usually within a day. Scheduling in Encino runs on the same crew that covers the rest of the San Fernando Valley, so a same-day or next-day visit is often possible depending on the season. Have the property address, gate or access code, and a rough count of how many fireplaces or chimneys need attention ready when we call. If you manage more than one property, list each address and any scheduling constraints in the same message so we can plan the route and confirm every stop before the crew heads out.
